No guste o no, el ejercicio es la mejor forma de conseguir el cuerpo que queremos. No les voy a mentir, el ejercicio y yo tenemos una relación complicada, pero estoy consciente de que si quiero ver cambios en mi cuerpo, necesito esforzarme y trabajar por ellos.

Con esto en mente me di a la tarea de buscar ejercicios que pudiera hacer en mi tiempo libre, que aunque no es mucho, es suficiente para aprovecharlo y poner mi cuerpo en movimiento. 

Mi meta es tonificar las piernas y los glúteos y si ustedes están buscando lo mismo, entonces en esta app las invito a hacer estos ejercicios y encontraran buenos resultados..
